Q2. How to Custom Socks ?

We can customize socks according to our customer’s designs and requirements. We need the following information to start :

1).Your designs with clear pattern and color code from Pantone or othercolorbook.

2). Detailed size spec. with measurement way.3). Material request

4). Quantity

5). Logo or pattern process request.

6). Packing details

Q3: Can you make high quality socks?

A: Yes. We have 3 inspection processes during the production, raw mater-ial inspection, during production inspection and pre-shipment inspection. We make every pair to be good quality.

Q4:Do you provide free sample?

A:Yes,we do. Your only need pay the shipping fee.

Q5: Can I do small quantity to test quality first?

A: We support Low MOQ. We have set a new production line specially forsmall quantity orders.

Q6: Which payment ways and shipment you accept?

* Payment :T/T,Western Union,Paypal,Alipay and ect.

* For sample and small quantity product, goods will be sent out by DHL,UPS,FEDEX,TNT.For mass production, by air or by sea.

Q7: How long is the shipping?

A: We have different shipping ways for your choice. Express shipping likeDHL, UPS and FedEx takes only 4-7 days to arrive; sea shipping and trainshipping to different countries may take different time. You can send infor-mation and our logistics professionals will help you to solve all the probl-ems.
