Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Orders placed in November and December qualify for an extended 60-day return period.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Socks
- Underwear
- Face masks
- Any personal or intimate wear
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges & Replacements
We offer free replacements or exchanges if:
- The item is defective
- The wrong item or size was sent
Even if the item has been used or washed, we will provide a replacement for confirmed quality issues or shipping errors.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We will cover return shipping for items sent in error or with quality issues.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
- Contact us via email with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.
- Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5 business days after inspection.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer law.
Please note: This right does not apply to sealed hygiene products once opened, unless the item is defective.
